14-Day Return Policy

At Caelira Systems, we want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your motion rig. Since all our systems are custom-built and installed, we have the following tailored return policy:

Eligibility for Return:

  • We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of installation.

  • Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items that affect functionality, or if there is a problem that can't be resolved during installation.

  • Custom-built rigs or personalized configurations are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or fault that cannot be fixed.

Return Process:

  1. Installation and Inspection: After installation, we will ensure the system is working correctly. If you experience any issues during this period, please notify us within 14 days of installation.

  2. Opportunity to Fix: If any faults or issues are discovered, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by either troubleshooting or arranging for repairs.

  3. If the Issue Cannot Be Resolved: If we are unable to fix the issue to your satisfaction, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund.

  4. Refund Process: Once the return or exchange is agreed upon, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for faulty or damaged items that affect functionality. We will attempt to resolve the issue first, and if necessary, arrange an exchange within the 14-day period.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Caelira Systems for faulty or damaged products.

  • For non-defective returns, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Notes:

  • No returns will be accepted for non-defective or non-damaged items after installation, unless the issue cannot be fixed.

  • The product must be in original, functional condition for returns or exchanges.
